Could it be true? Will Agile never go mainstream? This article outlines three key arguments why Agile software development will never replace traditional production models. The third argument, about how culture trumps process, is a very compelling one which many advocates of change have experienced. Time will tell if the inroads made by proponents for Agile software development can maintain their momentum.
